Christian Losik has more than 20 years experience in turn around management and improving performance. He has helped many firms in their operational and financial restructuring process. His experience in both area, consulting and management has enabled him to take on operational positions in demanding contexts since he joined the firm. He has brought his expertise and practices to:

Acting as general manager, he reopened an agricultural supply company after judicial receivership proceedings. He managed the recovery plan for a company specialized in consumable products for offices, as well as the industrial rationalization of a medical equipment company.
He restored the value of an industrial group specialized in shoe manufacturing by solving a severe management crisis and implementing a progress plan, which brought this LBO to a very successful conclusion. Acting as general manager, he turned around the performance of a photographic agency and led the complete restructuring of a fashion company by focusing the activity on licensing.
