We carry out a diagnosis of scalability, cash burn and revenue levers to identify areas of weakness and growth potential. This analysis enables building or adjusting the business model. We take into account the realities on the ground, as well as profitability objectives. We then support the prioritizing profitable channels to focus efforts on what creates value quickly and sustainably.
Execution plan
We start with a review of action plans analyzing the roadmap, prioritization and pace of execution to identify gaps between strategy and reality. Finally, we carry out the recalibration of resources in relation to ambitions, in order to align available means with set objectives.
